Patch 1.0.3 May 13, 2026

## What changed - **Funcom Launcher** — simplified **BattlEye** launching on Steam Deck - **Legacy server upgrades** — servers upgrading to Enhanced no longer require manual config file updates for version compatibility - **MULTIHOME parameter** — HTTP requests to the server browser backend now route over the same interface, fixing registration issues for multihomed hosts - **Data collection preferences** — player configuration options have been restored - **Living Settlements** — re-enabled on servers 1516, 1942, and 1509 - **Player disconnects** — dedicated server launcher now correctly registers player disconnections - **Nudity settings** — client maximum nudity settings will no longer be overwritten by server settings - **MaxNudity server setting** — now saves properly in single player and co-op mode - **Emote learning** — fixed issue where starting emotes and world-discovered emotes were being removed (players must re-learn world-discovered emotes) ## Overall Server infrastructure, configuration, and client settings now work as intended with improved Steam Deck compatibility and proper persistence of player preferences.
  • Made some changes for the funcom launcher to simplify launching battleye on steam deck.
  • Legacy servers upgrading to Enhanced no longer need to update config files to address version compatibility issues.
  • Using the - MULTIHOME parameter for hosting will now send http requests to the server browser backend over the same interface, ensuring hosts using multihoming can register correctly.
  • Reinstated options for players to configure their data collection preferences.
  • Living Settlements have been re-enabled on the following servers: 1516 / 1942 / 1509
  • Fixed an issue where player disconnects weren’t being registered with the dedicated server launcher.
  • Fix for nudity settings. A client’s maximum nudity settings will no longer be overwritten by the server settings.
  • Fixed MaxNudity server setting not saving when changed in single player or by coop host.
  • Fixed issue that could cause emotes learned from the start of the game and discovered in the world to be removed from characters. Unfortunately, any emotes previously learned in the world will have to be re-learned.

Patch 1.0.2 May 8, 2026

## What changed - **Server favorites filtering** — no longer displays all servers as favorites when using the filter - **Favorite servers persistence** — favorites now save between play sessions - **Previously played servers** — client now properly displays servers you've connected to before - **IPv6 server visibility** — servers using IPv6 addresses now appear in the server browser ## New Features - **SendUnattendedBugReports launch argument** — dedicated server admins can opt-in to automatic crash reporting by launching with this parameter to help developers investigate server stability issues ## Overall Server browser and favorites system now function correctly, and admins have a new tool to report crashes.
  • Fixed an issue where filtering servers by favorites showed all servers as favorites.
  • Dedicated servers can opt-in to send us crash reports with the launch argument - SendUnattendedBugReports Server admins can launch with this option if experiencing server crashes to give us information to investigate
  • Fix an issue that was preventing servers with an IPv6 address from showing up in the server browser
  • Fixed an issue that was preventing the client from showing previously played servers
  • Fixed an issue where favorite servers would not be saved between sessions.

## What changed - **Server stability** — fixed an intermittent crash affecting dedicated servers - **Mod pak file loading** — fixed an issue where renamed mod pak files would fail to load on dedicated servers - **Mod memory management** — optimized how the game handles Legacy mod pak files to prevent excessive memory usage and long boot times - **Startup videos** — now skippable on most systems after preloading completes - **Default ping tolerance** — increased from 200 to 300ms - **Living Settlements** — disabled on official server 1516 ## Other changes - **Legacy mods** — will be ignored but remain in modlist.txt initially; they will be removed from modlist.txt if any active mods are modified ## Overall Server stability and mod loading performance have been improved, ping tolerance increased, and Living Settlements disabled on one official server.
  • Fixed an intermittent server crash.
  • Fixed an issue loading mod pak files that have been renamed on dedicated servers.
  • Fixed an issue where the game could take a long time to boot or run out of memory mounting pak files from Legacy mods. Startup videos should now be skippable on most systems after preloading completes.
  • Legacy mods will be ignored but initially remain in the modlist.txt.
  • If active mods are modified, then Legacy mods will be removed from modlist.txt.
  • Default allowed ping increased to 300 (from 200)
  • Living settlements disabled for the following official servers: 1516

Patch 2026-04-27 April 27, 2026

## What changed - **Thralls, pets, and mounts** — followers that vanished after character transfers are now restored when you log back into the server - **Character Transfers** — re-enabled on Steam for both Isle of Siptah and Exiled Lands servers, allowing transfers to different official servers and private servers ## Bug Fixes - **Character transfer follower loss** — missing thralls, pets, and mounts are automatically restored upon login ## Overall Lost followers from character transfers are being restored, and cross-server character transfers are now available again on Steam.
  • All thralls, pets and mounts followers that disappeared after doing a character transfer should be restored upon logging into the server.
  • Character Transfers have been re-enabled on Steam. Players of Isle of Siptah and Exiled Lands alike can prepare for the upgrade to the Enhanced version by transferring their characters to different servers, including private servers, if they so choose.
