Patch 06.04 March 2, 2026

## What changed - **Lift Pod** — adjusted collision to prevent players getting stuck and added fallback positioning system - **Lift Pod spawn location** — prevented from spawning near player spawn points - **Pit Jaw** — moved relocation logic to level generation to reduce stutters, and added 2-second grace period after relocation where it won't target players - **Resinite mass** — prevented from spawning in drop pod or lift pod paths, and prevented important level elements from spawning in resinite mass paths - **Relic Raider** — fixed first-person arms disappearing when looking up and down ## Bug Fixes - **Lift Pod collision** — no longer traps players - **Pit Jaw stuttering** — eliminated performance hiccups in levels with this enemy by moving relocation logic earlier in level generation - **Resinite mass placement** — blocked from blocking critical paths and objectives - **Relic Raider animation** — arms now remain visible regardless of camera angle ## Overall Lift Pod reliability, Pit Jaw performance, and enemy spawn logic have been fixed to improve level flow and reduce environmental frustration.

Patch 06.03.1 February 12, 2026

## What changed - **Season warning missions** — names were missing and have been restored - **Bone Collector** — no longer immune to **Breach Cutter** damage - **Season 6 server browser filter** — checkbox now properly reloads the server list when toggled ## Bug Fixes - **Season warning mission names** — fixed missing text display - **Breach Cutter vs. Bone Collector** — corrected damage interaction where the enemy was incorrectly unaffected - **Server browser Season 6 checkbox** — now refreshes server list on state change instead of remaining static ## Overall Three bugs affecting mission displays, enemy damage interactions, and server filtering have been corrected.

## What changed - **Pit Jaw Colony** — added back as an additional season warning for season 6 - **Season 6 assignments** — updated to include both season warnings - **Relic Raider Bosco paintjob** — fixed incorrect paintjob assignment - **Resinite masses** — amber specks added nearby to improve visibility - **Heavy Excavation caves (average complexity)** — reduced verticality - **Resinite mass launch effect** — fixed roar and screen shake not displaying for clients - **Special season challenge scrip reward** — increased from 8 to 15 maximum ## Balance - **Resinite mass visibility** — amber specks placed nearby reduce search difficulty - **Heavy Excavation cave design** — lower vertical challenge in average complexity caves - **Special season challenge reward** — significantly increased scrip payout incentivizes completion ## Overall Season 6 now includes Pit Jaw Colony warnings, resinite masses are easier to locate, Heavy Excavation caves have less vertical complexity, and the special season challenge offers nearly double the scrip rewards.

## What changed - **Compressed Gold** — now provides the same credits as regular gold - **Cave Leech** — audio now properly follows its head position - **Scrab spawn limit** — removed unlimited spawning cap - **Scrab spawn VFX** — updated to match other enemy effects for better performance - **Scrab spawn spread** — increased from 300 to 800 - **Scrab difficulty rating** — increased from 80 to 100 to match Cave Leech - **Scrab rarity** — increased from 0.5 to 1.0 - **Pit Jaw Colony spawn amounts** — reduced to more closely match Cave Leech Cluster numbers - **Pit Jaw targeting** — now requires line of sight to attack players, preventing attacks through walls - **Ossium credits** — reduced from 500 to 200 per resource - **Ossium XP** — reduced from 1000 to 420 per resource - **Bone Collector logic** — added failsafe in case it wanders away instead of leading to cave entrance - **Scrab sound effects** — fixed missing audio for flying and ground attack animations - **Laserpoint Ossium Enamel** — fixed text and voice line inconsistencies ## Overall **Scrab** mechanics received major balance adjustments with increased difficulty and rarity, **Pit Jaw** got targeting fixes and spawn reductions, and **Ossium** rewards were significantly reduced alongside various bug fixes for audio and enemy behavior.

## What changed - **Scrab clipping** — fixed scrabs passing through resinite in the spacerig - **Relic Raider firstperson mesh** — updated model and UV textures for visual improvement - **Relic Raider Gunner skinning** — fixed visual issue affecting the Gunner variant - **Liftpod visibility** — reduced how visible the liftpod becomes after launching resinite mass - **Resinite mass lighting** — added more prominent light source for better visibility ## Balance - **Heavy Extraction XP reward** — increased from 1000 to 1150 base XP - **Scrab minimum spawn count** — reduced from 8 to 4 per spawn event - **Ossium performance points** — reduced from 1250 to 500 points - **Heavy Excavation room spacing** — spaced out rooms to reduce encounter complexity ## Content Updates - **Pit Jaw Colony** — temporarily removed from season 6 forced warning and season 6 assignments; enemies remain in the game while developers fix the warning system ## Overall Deep Rock Galactic received balance adjustments to resource rewards and enemy spawning, visual fixes for Relic Raider cosmetics, and temporarily disabled the Pit Jaw Colony warning system pending a proper fix.
