## What Changed

## Overall
This patch primarily addresses stability issues across
Error messages will now appear if a Room is Full or for a host of a lobby if they are offline during gameplay.
An overexposure lighting error that occurred when using low settings on Level 37.2 has been fixed.
An Issue has been fixed where the mic would cut out for players if they were on the boat in Thalassophobia. Now everyone can hear you scream.
Fixed an issue where the cage animation was not triggering if you stood at the edge of the dock in Thalassophobia.
Fixed an issue with an incorrect spawn point when entering Thalassophobia from Lights Out via the Hub.
Fixed a softlock that could occur when using the green slide on Overgrowth if the slide is safe while other slides are unsafe.
Fixed a softlock that can occur on Overgrowth when placing the last body in the Slide and instantly going into the Slide next to it.
Fixed an issue that caused the night-time animatronics to not appear in the game world in Level 94 if there is another player on the server in the HUB co-op gamemode.
Fixed a minor UI issue where the placeholder text for controller buttons was being pulled through when using Japanese, Simplified Chinese, or Korean languages.
Fixed an issue that caused the graphics settings preset to automatically jump from Epic to Low.
Fixed an issue in the Graphics settings menu, where changing a preset from Low to medium, the game incorrectly switches to Epic.

- **Level 0.2** — fixed outfit reverting to default when killed by the **Bone Thief**
- **Level 10** — fixed outfit reverting to default when grabbed by the **Stalking Faceling**
## Bug Fixes
- **Overgrowth crash** — eliminated the crash triggered by body disposal mechanics
- **Outfit persistence** — corrected outfit loss on death/capture in **Level 0.2** and **Level 10**
## Overall
This patch fixed a critical crash in Overgrowth's tube system and resolved outfit reset issues when players are killed by the Bone Thief or grabbed by the Stalking Faceling.

- **Nightmare Mode** — checkpoints and save files are now disabled; if any player dies, all players restart from the beginning
- **Wall clipping** — fixed instances where players could see through walls after adjusting visual settings
- **Cross-version matchmaking** — added on-screen messaging to alert players when matched with someone on a different game version
## Bug Fixes
- **Level 0 Bacteria entity** — fixed rare instances of the entity falling out of the map
- **Level 4 camera detection** — corrected detection behavior
- **Item rendering** — fixed rare instances where held items didn't display correctly with certain visual settings applied
## Overall
Nightmare Mode now properly restricts saves and forces full restarts on any death, while several visual and entity bugs across Level 0 and Level 4 have been resolved.
Nightmare Mode – checkpoints and save files are no longer accessible and the mode works as intended. If any player dies at any point in the playthrough, all players must restart from the beginning
