Patch 1.11.0.17 April 15, 2026

## What changed - **Aspirations** — could be completed without finishing all required sub-quests - **Estate Specialisation events** — now prevent placing objectives in restricted Monuments (e.g., cannot build a Great Hall in a Castle when pursuing "a prosperous priory") - **Bailiff** — was not gaining experience - **Workplaces** — could produce goods without consuming resources if workers arrived during resource shortages - **Housing colliders** — prevented villagers from entering homes until reload - **Tier 3 Houses** — were being constructed without required paved roads - **Tier 3 Houses** — would not downgrade to Tier 1 when patrol coverage was removed - **Gates on walls** — left holes when deleted - **Monument sub-buildings** — could incorrectly switch between multi-part (dorms) and single-part (Apiary) functions - **Monument decorations** — now appear immediately upon unlocking during editing - **Cheesemaker** — was missing its production progress bar - **Attach nodes** — remained visible after parts were built - **Production building input capacity** — had issues when initially placing or moving parts - **Soldiers on missions** — became visible on the map after reloading - **Soldiers at map exits** — were stacking visually during military missions - **Map Generation screen buttons** — were unreachable on lower resolutions - **Trader window** — can now be pinned and stays open when interacting with other buildings - **Resource tracker** — remained visible as large empty box when all resources were removed in specific order - **Monument Part editing buttons** — remained visible for previously selected parts - **Patroller and Watchman jobs** — were missing from the job list - **Royal Book resource
  • Fixed: Aspirations could be completed without fulfilling all required "sub-quests."
  • Fixed: Estate Specialisation events now respect Aspiration restrictions for objectives, preventing invalid placement options in restricted Monuments (e.g. Build a Great Hall in a Castle when choosing “a prosperous priory”)
  • Fixed: The Bailiff was not gaining experience.
  • Fixed: Workplaces could occasionally produce goods without consuming resources if a worker brought resources while others were already waiting for work.
  • Fixed: Housing collider issue that prevented villagers from entering their homes until reload.
  • Fixed: Tier 3 Houses were being built even without the required paved roads.
  • Fixed: Tier 3 Houses would not downgrade back to Tier 1 if patrol coverage was removed and Tier 2 requirements were not met.
  • Fixed: Deleting a gate snapped to a wall, whether built or in preview, would leave a hole where the gate was removed.
  • Fixed: Monument sub-buildings that allowed multiple parts, such as a dorm, could have their function switched to single-part buildings, such as the Apiary and vice versa.
  • Fixed: Monument decorations now appear immediately upon unlocking while editing a Monument, without needing to select another building.
  • Fixed: The Cheesemaker is no longer missing its production progress bar.
  • Fixed: Attach nodes remained visible after a part was built under specific circumstances.
  • Fixed: Issues with input capacity of production buildings when initially placing or moving additional building parts.
  • Updated: Missing descriptions to Rustic Tavern decorations.
  • Updated: Renamed some Castle Walls for better clarity.
  • Fixed: Soldiers sent on a mission could become visible on the map after reloading the game.
  • Fixed: Soldiers were shown stacking on top of each other at the map exit location during military missions.
  • Fixed: Interactive buttons on the Map Generation screen were unreachable on lower screen resolutions.
  • Fixed: The Trader window can now be pinned and will remain open when interacting with other buildings.
  • Fixed: A large, empty resource tracker remained visible if all resources were removed from a storage building in a specific order.
  • Fixed: Monument Part editing buttons could remain visible for a previously selected part when using the sub-building checkboxes.
  • Fixed: Patroller and Watchman jobs were missing from the job list.
  • Fixed: An unnecessary vertical scrollbar could appear in the Royal Book resource list on certain resolutions.
  • Fixed: Player-owned territory boundary could become visible upon reloading even if the setting was toggled off.
  • Updated: Community Localisation

## What changed - **Building construction crash** — Fixed rare crash occurring when completing construction of certain building parts - **Mod data saving** — Fixed mods being unable to save their data ## Bug Fixes - **Building completion** — Resolved crash that triggered during the final stages of constructing specific building components - **Mod persistence** — Restored functionality allowing mods to properly write and store their data ## Overall This patch addresses a construction crash and restores mod data saving functionality.

## What changed - **Mineral Deposits** — fixed an issue where they were incorrectly flagged as having an "invalid" position, which prevented **Quarries** from being built on them ## Bug Fixes - **Quarry placement** — **Mineral Deposits** no longer block **Quarry** construction due to false "invalid" position flags ## Overall **Quarries** can now be built on **Mineral Deposits** without encountering position validation errors.
  • Fixed: An issue where Mineral Deposits could be incorrectly flagged with an "invalid" position, preventing Quarries from being built.

## What changed - **Warehouse, Lumbercamp, Candle Maker, and similar buildings** — can no longer be placed in water or other invalid terrain positions - **Dismiss Villager tooltip** — corrected incorrect label in House interface - **Parts and Decorations** — no longer float visibly during construction - **Devote a Villager button** — now correctly greyed out when Monastery reaches capacity - **Building zones and entrances** — now properly disappear after destroying a Bridge or Modest Stone Bay Window - **Hops plants and vines** — no longer disappear after being harvested - **Weaver Hut roof colours** — corrected available colour options - **Terrain clicking** — no longer unexpectedly opens build menu in specific scenarios - **Tavern Kitchen** — crash fixed when switching to Free Build function - **Right Mouse Button** — cancelling building placement no longer breaks the Build menu - **Basic Material mod** — crash fixed when using shovel icon to destroy Parts ## Bug Fixes - **Buildings in invalid positions** — players must relocate any previously placed structures in water or invalid spots before making further changes to them (Monuments and sub-buildings unaffected) - **Modding functionality** — additional functions exposed for modders with details in modding wiki ## Other - **Community Localisation** — updated ## Overall Foundation fixed placement validation for multiple buildings, corrected several UI and visual bugs, resolved crashes in specific scenarios, and expanded modding capabilities.
  • Fixed: Some buildings such as the Warehouse, Lumbercamp, Candle Maker, etc. could be placed in water and other invalid positions
  • Note : Any buildings previously placed in invalid positions (like water) will need to be moved to a valid spot before further changes can be made to them.
  • Monuments and their sub-buildings are not affected
  • Fixed: Dismiss Villager from House tooltip was incorrectly labelled
  • Fixed: Some Parts and Decorations could be shown floating when construction begins
  • Fixed: Devote a Villager button was not greyed out when the Monastery capacity was reached
  • Fixed: Building zones and entrances were still displaying after destroying a Bridge or the Modest Stone Bay Window
  • Fixed: Hops plants/vines would disappear after being gathered
  • Fixed: The Weaver Hut did not have the correct roof colour options
  • Fixed: Clicking the terrain would unexpectedly open the build menu under specific scenarios
  • Fixed: Crash when switching the Tavern Kitchen function to Free Build
  • Fixed: Using the Right Mouse Button to cancel a building placement would break the Build menu
