## What changed
**Game cycle structure** — The Tram, dungeon selection, and progression through to game over have been completely reworked with a new overall flow, including the possibility of encountering special areas.
**Map themes** — A variety of new map themes have been added.
**Mimic AI** — Mimics are now smarter.
**6 new monsters** — Six additional monsters with distinct behaviors have been added to the game.
**4 new gimmicks** — Pendulum traps, bear traps, telephones, and luck machines now appear throughout dungeons.
**Equipment upgrades** — The Toy Puppy, Electric Swatter, Shotgun, and Teddy Bat have been reworked and can be upgraded.
**Scrap throwing** — A new action allowing players to throw scrap has been added.
**Quality of life** — Sound effects and UI/UX have been improved. Danish language support has been added.
## Overall
MIMESIS has received a major overhaul with restructured gameplay flow, new environmental challenges, smarter enemies, and expanded combat options.
